i have a 1979 ford fairmont (station wagon). it has a 302 in it. same engine as a mustang. can i buy '79 mustang parts for it? i want headers for now. thanks.

YES, everything for a Mustang is a direct "bolt-in", since the Mustang is based on the "fox" body of all the Ford cars of the '80's.

you need to watch the engine mount clearance.....this is the only snag I would advise you on.
