That's what I was thinking lols how much u think I could piece it out for
My guess is that it has serious frame damage though.

I was thinking that two cause I had a few to choose from but the other has water damage Didn't kno if I should mess with it...
The engine is worth a thousand or more, same for the tranny. Anything else you sell (interior, front end pieces) is gravy.

Water damage cars are going to be harder to sell as parts, but easier to sell as a full car if you intend to repair it. Just don't run it or hook a battery up to it until its drying and the things have been flushed.

So if its water damaged u could still use it?? And what do u mean flushed? Also how do u kno if its fully dry?
Water damages means its been sitting in water. Usually they specify fresh or salt, salt has corrosion issues.

You make sure it's dry by stripping the vehicle and checking every nook and cranny. Probably have to cause the floorboard will have sediment and crap settled in it you'll need to clean. Keep a fan and some heat on it if you can. You'll also need to check the circuits for shorts too after everything is dry. So you better learn how to check for amp draws.

Flush the engine and transmission by draining all their fluid and pumping new through them. For the engine, drain and fill it a few times with new filters. For the trans, it depends. Manual will be similar to engine. Auto, you'll need to drain and fill it and disconnect a trans hose and start the engine and let it pump all the fluid out. Do this a few times and replace the filter inside. This will make sure no water lingers inside and in the torque convertor. You'll need to drain and refill the rear diff too, just in case.

Most engine connections are waterproof. It's usually interior gismos that take the most damage circuit wise.

looks to be a lot of good working parts just from the pics, and I am sure that it's good working interior parts as well. I would say front bumper the finders and the front grill, headlights and engine components to include tranny and links and headers or whatever else might be under the hood. Very worth the $2000 to scrap, but if you plan to keep it the frame it totaled and you would need to by a new frame/Shell, but the coast of doing that is not cost effective.
How would I learn about amp draws

I'd def buy it if it can be bought for 2 grand, that's a steal in my opinion, easily part it out make good money, then scrap the rest. Or fix it and sell for a good amount

Well around here you can go to scrap yards and they give u what it's worth on weight of the metal, normally u get like 200-300 for a car but u can take off anything u want to keep to sell
You thibk thy do that in las vegas?
