2001 V6 cowl removal

during my motor build I placed some nuts and bolts on the cowl (not thinking, too busy with the task at hand) thus those nuts and bolts fell into the cowl. So, how do you remove the cowl. I already have the weather stripping removed from the bulkhead next task is the wipers. How do they come off?

I look forward to hearing from you guys.

step 1: Remove windshield wiper arms
step 2: detach hood seal from cowl "witch you already did"
step 3: pry off the cowl top cover using a rag and putty knife or chisel putting the rag on the windshield to protect it.
step 4: remove the 7 retaining screws securing the lower cowl cover.


This is straight out of a haynes manual.
