I'm about to run high flow cats with an x pipe and 28 in glass packs. I'm curious to how it will sound
I bought a 28 inch one also I just haven't had time to weld it, what's the different lengths affect?

From what I understand it still gargles. The longer pack just makes it sound alittle less ricey and doesn't make that annoying popping noise when coming down from revs. My car is currently in the shop as we speak. High flow cats bassanni x pipe and two 28 inch thrush glasspacks. I can't wait to hear the difference :)

I'm psyched to get my car back. Before I had divorced dual with stock gt take off mufflers with stock cats and it wasn't nearly loud enough. I swear the car was quieter at idle than the stock exhaust. The only time it sounded good was almost Wot at about 2200-3500 rpms. I'm hoping the high flows the x pipe with glass packs and the change to 2.5 in piping will open her up alittle :)

On our even fire sixes they are not required. They are supposed to balance backpressure and they change the tone a bit. H's are a bit more deep and rumbly and x's are a bit more raspy and gargly

Varies between people. All about preference. You can either run divorced Duals(2 separate pipes from manifold to tips), x pipe or h pipe.

Like a monster was on your ass lol had a lot of compliments nobody ever thought it was just a v6 it always shocked them when the raised they hood lol
