GT track key? Anyone have any further information on this?

And honestly I think it's fcked up that this is available on a stock GT. This was designed to be an exclusive feature on the Boss now anyone with a '14 GT can get it :/

So the track key is a second tune right? It would almost have to be a second tune in the computer accessed with the track key.

If the track key unlocks a second tune what says a aftermarket tuner can't unlock it and use it. Can boss owners aftermarket update the track key tune?

I can't remember exactly what it's called but it's a dual path ecu
