Lower control arm bolts stuck

Either use your jack to position the arm the correct spot to remove the bolt.

Use a hammer and a punch or screw driver to punch the bolt through the hole.

Impact the bolt out , or use a small pry bar to pop the bolt out with some tension from a jack on the arm.
