I might have got a little more power, but how can you feel 5 horsepower? And the Ford Racing mufflers that I have aren't very loud, so the X pipe didn't make it any louder, that I could tell.
One thing I can tell you, and this may sound weird, but I have had several women ask me what exhaust I run on the 05 GT because they love the way it sounds; the last time was on Sunday... . It does have a nice sound, but it certainly isn't loud. I think my 05 Mustang has the same tune and exhaust that you find on a Shelby Mustang GT.
