Driving freinds stang and shifting from 2 TO 3 and it turned off. Pulled ovet it turned over but would not start. The shifter became loose and while sitting there i coyld move it to any with out clutch engaged! Helpppp!

Well your English is a bit poor so I'm not quite sure what's wrong but it sounds like your friend was pushing too hard on the tranny to me.05-09 v6's were not designed to go fast so they also have lower quality transmissions to make the overall price cheaper for the consumer.meaning if he constantly pushed the car at 4500 rpms + he majorly damaged the car.
