They have them on American muscle.com. but there to expensive for me... plus ypu should be concerned if your added a lot of HP get new clutch and gearbox possibly

I don't see those on their website - but that sounds awfully cheap for a complete turbo set up, ready to install.

The powerhouse411.com is proven, intercooled, and costs quite a bit more for the complete kit.

I was pointed to these ppl by the owner of a shop out here called turbo connection racing. This guys been in a few mustang magazines and the guy practically builds his own cars lol. I trust him and his work so I'm pretty sure this is legit.

$1850 is still cheap! And I'll still do that! And mine is an auto tranny so it's good to past 300hp

Def. Post up any new info. Like if they use the stock fuel pump and maf or if they do indeed upgrade it a little bit.

If id of known about this site a few months ago when I had my tax money id of jumped all over this lol. But sadly I wasted it on my new clutch, dual xhaust kit, my headers(pain in the ass) my rims and tires and my tlock and gears. got the gears and tlock put in today and sadly they got a bit of a howling sound to them that starts to kick in around 40mph. So now they are also a pain in the ass lol. Hoping it goes away a bit during the break in period but my hopes are not up lol.

I emailed On3Performance to inquire about the kit...its very similar to the kit for the 3v (as was already said in this thread), 60mm turbo, same bov and i/c and wg as the 3v. He said it would be anywhere up to 700 wheel horsepower depending on the turbo choice. And its $1850.

 

Up to 700Hp for that price? Something doesn't sound quite right about that kit just from that.

 

No mention of the maf or fuel pump?. Judging by the pics they have on the website of the 3v kit it looks to be in pretty good order. id be the guinea pig for this if I could lol.

Also possible 700hp at this price is understandable lol. You find those ebay turbo kits for 450 bucks using the t3/t4 hybrids saying you'll get 5-600 hp. Though its expensive trying to get custom manifoldd and downpipes made for them lol.

 

I would definitely consider buying this kit but my car is a daily driver and I can't imagine the car would be reliable after buying the kit.

 

From what I read On3 Performance has some of the worst customer service. From some people the turbo is decent others can't even get all the parts together because it comes missing and On3 just never comes back to them. Apparently it's run by just one guy also.

 

Hmm interesting. Ill talk to the guy that gave me the info and see if he's worked with any of their kits. But jf its just 1 guy running around I can see some mistakes being made lol.

Mrt performance has a kit for the 4.0 v6 mustang it comes with i think 58mm or 60 mm precision turbo includes custom turbo manifold and all your piping and sct tuner and bov for 3200 i am defiantly going for that. They just dont have it advertised on their website but the do carry it.

 

O yeah mrt even makes a complete fabricated twin turbo for a 4.0 v6 mustang but it cost alot and they can only do a rear mount sts turbo set up. This is a set up they do not sell as a complete set.
