I can find a diagram for the fuse box under the hood, but does anyone have a diagram for the kick panel? I don't have the manual.

If I'm not mistaken, I think it's either behind the access panel, or under the cover for the fuse box. But, I'm not sure it lists what the fuses are for. I think they're listed as numbers.
