So, $1500 to retrofit your multi-port injected car with outdated throttle body injection?

 

not for my GT necessarily, but even so I don't believe the power would be that much different, i would happily give a few horsies for a better look imo.

def not an electric carb. Its throttle body injection. I just love the advantages of fuel injection but want the looks of a carb. Its all personal preference, i grew up around the old cars and much prefer them in looks, both exterior and under the hood.

 

whats the difference? a carb uses vacume to draw fuel thru needles and jets. That thing uses an injector and electricty to spray fuel.

 

ok, in the simplest of explanations yes its like an electric carb. But that means your car has 6 electric carbs and mine has 8. hmmm i like that. i have a 302 equipped with 8 electric carbs....

 

no it would be like 1 single barrel carb with 6 jets, 8 on yours. I have to deal with working on 4 seperate CV carbs on my bike. It's a major pain in the ass and theres no way it want something like that on my car.
