You'll get a few extra hp and much better throttle response.

 

I agree, when I put the 75 mm TB and Plenium I noticed a good increase in throttle reponse and how the car acted all together. Far as HP I really couldnt tell you but if i had to go back I still would do it.

I would go with the trick flow and the TB if you can find it I would go with the Ford Racing one because it comes with the TB sensor already on it. I forgot where I got mine but I want to say its Ford Racing but Accufab is just as good. I went with a 75mm TB because im going to be going F/I soon but I saw a good increase in throttle response and how the car acted but 70mm is good too. The one in the follow is a combo for a good price and alll trickflow looks like:
